Comments: |
| Background of proliferative endometrium with some disruption artifact |

and occasional odd looking glands. There are areas with artifactual |

pushing together of
glands - these should be apparent from stromal |
|
disruption. Rare glands
with altered cytology may deserve a diagnostic |
|
comment, or even recommendation
for followup. They do not have, however |
|
the distinctive architecture of
an EIN lesion. |
