Comments:
This is a classic "anovulatory" or disordered proliferative endometrium in

which the endometrial compartment is uniformly peppered with dilated

and irregular glands, without any localizing lesions. Rare fibrin thrombi,

which may lead to breakdown and symptoms are seen.  Fibrin thrombi are not 

seen as part of physiologic menstrual breakdown.
