Proliferative endometrium with architectural change of unopposed

estrogens

Comments:
This is a classic "anovulatory" or disordered proliferative endometrium in

which the endometrial compartment is uniformly peppered with dilated

and irregular glands, without any localizing lesions. Stromal volume

exceeds gland volume. Random proximity of occasional glands in loose clusters

should not be confused with a localizing lesion.
