Comments:
EIN partly involves a polyp. In some fragments, torn and disrupted margins of

lesion are difficult to evaluate. Generally, cribriform-like areas

in this example are not extensive enough or sufficiently developed to 

diagnose a carcinoma, but this possibility should be raised.  Repeat sampling 

was diagnostic of carcinoma.
