Go to Next VPS Range of 40-50% VPS 50-60%, Mixture of EIN and Benign Lesions: Architecture Quantitation Examples
50-60% VPS lesions are heterogenous. EIN lesions can be resolved from benign endometria by presence of atypia. Note that benign endometria in this VPS range often have large cytologically bland cysts.
