Case A : You Chose EIN: This is CORRECT
Straight glands, individually separate, are tightly packed and higher magnification reveals nuclei that are quite altered relative to a few overrun background glands on the low power view which have condensed nuclei. It is not a diagnostic problem at all, because of the obvious nuclear change and extent of crowding which are typical for an EIN. This lesion is one which would be classified in the WHO system as an atypical endometrial hyperplasia.
